Definition of "Skin in the Game": - To have a personal investment, usually monetary, in the pursuit of some goal or achievement ...

That pretty much describes a number of our Canadian media, our politicians, and apparently a shocking number of the medical and scientific communities.

I wonder if anyone who read my previous post actually watched the Rocco Galati/Police lawsuit video through to the end.  If they had, they would have heard exactly what this country -- your life -- is heading toward.

Galati minces no words and he's a Canadian and a Constitutional lawyer, and therefore knows better than any of us what Charter rights are being stomped on in the "every man for himself" stampede toward The Great Reset.  I would take his advice, and that of reputable members of medical/scientific communities, over any of the burgeoning plethora of opportunistic, wannbe famous narcissists who've learned how to make videos, and post them on YouTube, while fancying themselves as movie stars.

Here's one who dresses and paints herself up, baring her skin as if she's at a prom. Her guest, Dr. Stephen Malthouse, a decent, knowledgeable man, is to be congratulated on pretending not to notice.

Something I've never understood is why women expose their legs, arms and breasts at social events while men are buttoned up to the adam's apple in a white shirt, wearing long pants, a tie and a jacket.

Nor why women, on the one hand, resent men coming onto them as sex objects, yet expose as much of their skin and cleavage as possible, make their lips glow like out-of-order traffic lights, and grow long tresses that constantly fall forward into their line of vision so that they develop tics in repeated attempts to see properly -- (didn't there used be bobby pins for that purpose?) -- all the while that decent men have to stare straight ahead and pretend not to notice that she looks a lot like the prostitute he saw on a dark street corner.

Yeah, well, I'm just an old bat, jealous maybe, but mostly having always just wanted to be comfortable, and especially not look like a prostitute.

At the bottom of this page you'll see a 40-year-old (April 11, 1980) photo of me with a former Governor General. Note my short, neat hairstyle, no push-up bra displaying exaggerated cleavage, arms covered, (knees also covered) -- and he still ogled me and engaged me in conversation about which it seemed necessary for me to appear to be ever-so-interested and amused while, out of politeness and respect, my real date of the evening had to wait until I was freed up.

Yes, Rolly had winked at me from a distance (he and I were both there to make a presentation to a retiring Queen's Vice Principal) and then managed to end up standing beside me -- chatting me up while I attempted to respond appropriately to his jokes about the modern art installation we were standing in front of -- until he was ultimately dragged away by his handlers who glared at me as if I were some kind of menace.

(Rolly also talked baby-talk on another occasion when he'd had a bit too much to drink -- there was no liquor offered at the presentation event). His wife was not at all friendly toward me and I don't blame her one bit. I had a husband like that, too.

So ... if I could have been considered trampy back then, despite just trying to be polite and interested in the conversation, what in the world are some women trying to do now in this age of so-called "personhood"?  Whatever it is, maybe that's the reason for the imposed "distancing"? Because it sure as heck doesn't have a purpose at all if I'm to believe the real experts.

Back to Rocco Galati - now there's a guy I don't have to pretend to listen to:

"We're in the fourth Reich" he says, and he lays out clearly the "rights" that are being trampled upon by our so-called "leadership".

In another video Galati continues to mince no words in describing Canada's current predicament at the hands of those who control our elected "leaders":
